Since that time, the company has expanded and now has divisions in Atlanta, Georgia; Hilton Head and Charleston, South Carolina; Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina; Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and Panama City Beach, Florida; Denver, Colorado; and Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, and San Antonio, Texas. David Weekley Homes closed over $1.3 billion worth of new homes in 15 different cities.
